I had a great experience Dr. Halihan and the staff at the office. Appointment started on time, the doctor and assistants were friendly, helpful, thorough, and empathetic to me. Several months ago my son saw Dr. Khan for an ingrown nail and he was great as well. All of the appointments started on time and went quickly.

I was very impressed by the office staff, the friendly demeanor by everyone there, the willingness to move my appointment last minute due to pain, and wonderful Dr. Halihan. Dr. Halihan, though I was in pain, made my appointment very comfortable. He goes out of his way to show kindness, be friendly, and show hospitality that most doctors no longer demonstrate to their patients. I have had the best support by the entire team from the receptionist to the surgical team. All of my questions were answered and the details of my surgery were throughly explained. Dr.Krouse was excellent and very honest. I highly recommended Advanced Foot and Ankle Specialist on Harlem Ave.

All staff members are great, very friendly and understanding! The receptionist goes the extra step to ensure services can be provided to patients in certain scenarios. Definitely recommend.
