I was very impressed by the office staff, the friendly demeanor by everyone there, the willingness to move my appointment last minute due to pain, and wonderful Dr. Halihan. Yes, hello! I need to bring your attention to a matter that happened at the Montclare location in Chicago! I was referred to your location at 3115 North Harlem the Montclare Office by my PCP at Oak Steet Health and Have Humana Gold Plus as an insurance and Humana approved the referral. Well, at the office, the main managing nurse deiced she wanted to embarrass me in front of 20 patients in the waiting room by yelling at me that the office does not accept Medicaid! And my insurance is not Mediciad it is a Medicare-Medicaid... read more
