Highly recommend Rachel Kushner Dermatology! Rachel and her staff make something as awkward as having someone inspect all your questionable spots feel completely comfortable. Professional, friendly, and thorough—everything you want from a dermatology office. I came in looking for expert skin care, not a reminder of every summer I thought sunscreen was optional, but apparently I needed both. 😂 Five stars for a great team!

Dr. Kushner, Christina and the staff are all very professional and it is a well run office. I felt very at ease during my appointments. It was easy to make an appointment online or via phone call, as well as, scheduling followup appointments. A couple of things to note: -I was not prepared to pay upfront for services. At other doctors, I get an invoice in the mail. This process adds extra time to the appointment. Dr. Rachel is super friendly and compassionate. I went to my appointment feeling devastated. She was very sympathetic with what I was going through and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all of my questions, explained all of the options throughly, and we choose what would be the best option to what ever I was comfortable with. Never got call backs from the doctor I saw and called multiple times for someone to get back to me and they never did. Still waiting almost 2 months for a sample that got taken from me in the office that was either sent out or lost. Definitely not coming back. Also, my primary physicians office even tried called for my results.
