Ive been coming to the Franklin Square office for about 10 years an never had a problem. I called in a couple times in the morning to cancel because i was sick and they told me i have to pay $25 because i cancelled my visit. Thats not fair i was really sick with covid. I guess ill have to find another dermatologist to go to now thanks. Its ok though every time im there for something its pretty much some kind of rash and its either a guess, one time i had a rash on my forehead an the dr thought it was shingles another time go... read more
Great staff, always pleasant and professional. Christina is also very thorough and I’ve already recommended the office to others. My primary referred me and I’m very satisfied. Thank you Dr. Marshall and Dr. K. My 3rd visit was on August 28, 2025 and again very pleased with the ease of getting an appointment and the attention given to my dermatological concerns. Kudos to you Dr. Kushner for staffing your office with true professionals. A special thanks to Christina who has consistently addressed my concerns.
This was my first visit with Dr. Kushner. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained my various options. I was very comfortable speaking with her. Her staff is pleasant and helpful. I will be returning for a follow up visit. Additionally, her office is bright, welcoming and spotless.
I love this place especially the PA Christina, she has helped my husband with his psoriasis and myself with some little scars. She’s always so nice and feels like a friend instead of a doctor. We even got his prescriptions for a better price since he has to pay out pocket because he doesn’t have insurance. I definitely recommend going here for any dermatology concerns. I would give them 500 stars!! The front desk ladies are also very nice.
Dr. K and her team are incredibly professional and attentive. They take the time to truly listen to what brings you in, which makes a big difference. The waiting area and exam rooms are so welcoming and calming, it doesn’t even feel like you’re in a typical doctor’s office. I would highly recommend Dr. K to anyone in the area looking for quality dermatological care.
