Dr. Rachel is super friendly and compassionate. I went to my appointment feeling devastated. She was very sympathetic with what I was going through and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all of my questions, explained all of the options throughly, and we choose what would be the best option to what ever I was comfortable with. Dr. Kushner, Christina and the staff are all very professional and it is a well run office. I felt very at ease during my appointments. It was easy to make an appointment online or via phone call, as well as, scheduling followup appointments. A couple of things to note: -I was not prepared to pay upfront for services. At other doctors, I get an invoice in the mail. This process adds extra time to the appointment. I visited Dr Kushner’s Dermatology yesterday, and I was really impressed with the site. Beautiful decor, the staff were all very professional and respectful. All procedures were totally explained and you were made to feel very comfortable before, and during the entire procedure. Procedure I had done, I haven’t done it in a few years, so it was like all new again to me. Christina is the absolute kindest, most compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable doctor I have ever known. I have been coming to Christina for almost 2 years because of an eczema condition. Christina and her assistant (so sorry I can’t remember her name) have worked with me diligently to find the correct drug and also work with my health insurance to ensure I am covered. I visited the Franklin Square, NY location and was treated by Christina Jud PA-C. The first thing you notice is the office which is stylish and kept immaculate at all times. The front desk is always staffed with attentive people who are well organized, helpful and make sure you sign in and leave with an appointment card.
