Verry positive experience with Dr Kushner I went in very nervous but she was so good at explaining and assuring I am looking forward to my next visit. I recommend to anyone.
Brought my toddler here as a new pt and this place is amazing! Nikita, the PA was so patient and caring. Also, the receptionist, office manager, and medical assistant were so nice and helpful and they made my son so happy going to the doctor. I had no wait time. I highly recommend this practice for all your and your family’s needs.
Doctor that I seen is good and wanna solve the issue faster but I am on second day now waiting for my meds and staff can’t figure out how and where to sent my prescriptions and I am getting very tired! Spoke to them twice and still nothing. Calling my insurance and complaining today.
Waited over 30 minutes and paid $40 dollars (copay) for the doctor to see me for less than two minutes and say all I need is polysporin for my ear. Didn’t address any other concerns with my eczema or anything, just rushed me throughout the whole process. Only her staff and nurses cared to acknowledge my concerns before she came into the room.
Had an appointment at 12:15. Waiting room was packed. Only one doctor here.. overbooked clearly because it’s all about money and cramming as many people in as possible. Had to wait at least an hour to be seen. Then I go in the examining room just to wait another 30 minutes. They act like you have all the time in the world to be waiting at a doctor’s office all day. They literally sneak things in so they can charge you later. I will not be returning. I will use the other dermatologist place in Franklin square. Very disappoin... read more
