Office staff/management is horrible. You will be waiting 45+ min past appointment time, every time. On more than one occasion had to walk out of exam room because it was taking so long. Prescriptions don't get submitted when they tell you they did/are going too. Maggie is a great Dr, sad that the issues make it worth going else where.

Unfortunately, didn’t even get to see any of the doctors heard great things about Maggie but after I was waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room, I realized that other people were complaining of a long wait. They had three people in rooms not being seen yet and one person had to meet in the waiting room. That means at least a two hour wait. Not one person at the front desk said that she was running behind schedule no consideration or courtesy call from anyone they just expect you to wait two hours ???… Without even telling yo... read more

I was a new patient at the practice and my first visit I waited 30 minutes in the lobby after my appointment to be seen. I waited a bit longer in the treatment room but didn’t mind as the doctor told me she was dealing with a melanoma patient. I figured not being seen until 45 minutes after my appointment was an anomaly. My follow up visit followed the same pattern. A 40 minute wait in the lobby followed by ten minutes in the treatment room. I had to leave due to time constraints and went unseen after almost an hour.

-10000/10 experience ! I went in for a 1:15p appointment and was in the waiting room for about 45 mins. I work in healthcare so I’m understanding, I get called to the back and the medical assistant takes a history for 2 minutes and leaves. After another 45 mins of waiting in the exam room but still not being seen I decide to leave. It sucks trying to support private practice doctors but a little communication goes a long way. Don’t double book if you don’t have the staff for it and if there is a wait, that should also be sai... read more

Where to begin. Let me start by saying that this establishment does not know how to run on schedule or anywhere close to a schedule. Have been bringing my teen kids here for at least 2 years and the only reason i kept on coming back because my kids and i really liked the PA’s Maggie and i believe Esther. The rest of the office is a mess. The reception area is clueless , it’s almost like they don’t work there, they just occupy the front desk. Zero communication while you sit in a crowded waiting area for hours . When i finall... read more
