Dr Zimmerman & Carr are the absolute best chiropractors I’ve ever been to. They truly understand their practice to the core and explain what they are doing along the way. I recommend Health First Chiro Care to anyone I meet! I have seen Dr Z and Dr Carr and both doctors are incredible. I mostly see Carr now that he is in EHT due to my proximity to the office. I started going weekly at 32 weeks pregnant and then 2 times a week near the end of my pregnancy around 36 weeks on. Because of Dr Carr’s care I truly believe I had a successful labor. I found Dr. Carr when I was 28 weeks pregnant and couldn’t walk due to lower back pain. I called the office and explained my symptoms and they were able to get me in that same day. I didn’t think I’d be able to walk without pain until after delivery, but within a few weeks I started to feel so much better and could walk without being in excruciating pain. Health First and Dr Carr in the EHT location are wonderful. He is a great chiropractor, listens to your concerns and always tells you what he’s going to do before he does it. He has newer methods than the chiropractor I went to for years did (Dr Carr bought the practice from him) and I am very pleased with the results of his work. The office manager, Patty, is also great.
