I recommend Health First Chiro Care to anyone I meet! I have seen Dr Z and Dr Carr and both doctors are incredible. I mostly see Carr now that he is in EHT due to my proximity to the office. I started going weekly at 32 weeks pregnant and then 2 times a week near the end of my pregnancy around 36 weeks on. Because of Dr Carr’s care I truly believe I had a successful labor. I began visiting Dr. Carr in EHT when my former Chiropractor, Dr. Joe Steiner, retired and sold his practice to Health First. His methods are updated from what I was used to, but he always takes the time to explain what he's going to do and how it will help my back & leg pain. He takes the time to listen to concerns and gives great suggestions on how to improve issues you are experiencing in addition to your adjustment. The entire staff are professional, make you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns. Dr. Carr is insightful to issues of health and physical activity. Dr. Jay is an amazing veteran of the profession and compassionate. Both Doctors are great in their field and all will benefit from going to them to be adjusted.
I’ve been going to health first chiropractor for about two years now, and I absolutely love them. Before I started going to them, I was so sceptic about getting my body adjusted. Doctor j Zimmerman is a wonderful chiropractor . Keep my dog alive until she was 15 years old. He worked on her and helped her walk. And he also worked on me and let me walk. I was able to walk.
