Dr. Carr came highly recommended by another local, trusted body worker I was seeing. I’ve been seeing Dr. Carr for a year at this point. Always impressed with his understanding of what is going on with the body without needing to overly describe the symptoms. He knows his stuff to say the least. Dr Zimmerman & Carr are the absolute best chiropractors I’ve ever been to. They truly understand their practice to the core and explain what they are doing along the way. After my first visit I can tell Dr. Carr is a straight forward guy who likes to get down to business and waists no time getting his patients adjusted and on the path to pain free healthy living. He’s thorough and took time to go over stretches and concepts with me to help me understand the nature of my low back pain as well as how best to achieve relief. I’m looking forward to continuing to see him. Update: a month later. Feeling great. Stoked. Gonna keep coming back.
I recommend Health First Chiro Care to anyone I meet! I have seen Dr Z and Dr Carr and both doctors are incredible. I mostly see Carr now that he is in EHT due to my proximity to the office. I started going weekly at 32 weeks pregnant and then 2 times a week near the end of my pregnancy around 36 weeks on. Because of Dr Carr’s care I truly believe I had a successful labor. I have been a Chiropractor for close to 30 yrs. Although I live out of state, whenever I visit the Jersey Shore I make a point to get adjusted by Dr. JC Carr or Dr. Jay Zimmerman. In my personal & professional opinion, they are the best Chiropractors in NJ. They are both well trained, efficient, Informative & skilled in their trade. I have referred patients, friends & family to them & they have all been more than pleased. I couldn’t recommend them enough & I look forward to my next visit!
