I had an outstanding experience with Dr Moussai. He’s not only highly professional, but he genuinely connects with his patients. I truly appreciate how caring and attentive he is. He’s an exceptional psychiatrist who builds real trust and makes you feel supported throughout your treatment. Highly recommended!
Staff has been great with scheduling and communication. I see Arshdeep Kaur, the PA, and she was incredibly attentive, listened to all of my concerns, and gave me recommendations based off of my personal situation. She provides great care for her patients. I would highly recommend this office for anyone struggling with mental health conditions.
I’ve had a very positive experience with this office. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and truly understands what patients need. NP Melanie is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and has excellent bedside manner. Mary Jane, Dr. Moussai’s assistant, is also excellent very responsive, organized, and always on top of things. I appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.
Moving to various states and cities for work over the last 20 years lead me to meeting a solid handful of psychologists anytime I moved across new state lines, etc. Moving to CA was by far my boldest life adventure yet but having to find all new doctors was not a fun experience in a city as large as LA is. I can't say enough good things about the team at this office. I've worked with NP Leyla Mallak for almost ten months and she has been wonderful--she's incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient. Mary Jane, Dr. Moussai's assistant, is also super responsive and helpful, answering my emails quickly and professionally.
