This was my first visit with Dr Kamelhar. I was a transfer patient from his colleague. Dr. Kamelhar was very attentive and did a thorough examination and informed me of my successes and his concerns. He complimented me on my knowledge of my body, medications, and followup with all my doctors and vaccines. He had reviewed my history and knew my story. I was impressed and feel good about this transfer.

Doctor was thorough. Spent ample time with me. Scheduled additional tests immediately. Staff was courteous. Doctor took time with me himself - not the nurse - not the PA the doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kamelhar for many years. He has monitored my pulmonary issues with testing in his office and informs me when I see him when I need a scan. He is very thorough and does not rush you during an appointment. He has many return patients, so expect a wait time, however he is worth the wait. The place at Langone where he sends you for a sputum test is very precise.

Excellent Doctor. Unmatched level of knowledge, professionalism experience and patience. Dr Kamelhar excels in dealing with difficult situations. (I have had many). I have been under Dr Kamelhar’s care for over 4 years and can attest that Dr Kamelhar will leave no stone unturned to get to the root of the problem. Highly recommended! Very helpful and pleasant office staff.
