This was a great experience! The medical assistant paid attention to detail and was very friendly. I got a procedure done and he was there to rub my shoulder which was comforting. As for Dr. Edi, she was the BEST! She took her time explaining my issue and the resolution which eneded up being a procedure. She explained the risks, made sure I understood and proceeded. She even encouraged me to squeeze her when the pressure got to be too much. She was gentle and made me feel comfortable.
I have been seeing Dr. Kaminska for years now, and I can honestly say that she is the best dermatologist I have ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything to me. She is also very patient and understanding, and she makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I am extremely disappointed with this office. I do not feel that I was provided proper care as the treatment I received in office garnered zero results when I was ensured it would since it was the main reason for my visit. In addition I was provided a prescription for a medication that is not FDA approved and was voided by the pharmacy. I have called to discuss both issues and no one answers the phone.
