First patient visit to the practice. Was examined by FNP Anna, who is simply phenomenal. Warm, genuine, and skilled, she was absolutely the highlight of my visit. There was a minor mixup on sending my prescription and lab orders out to CVS and Quest. Fixed over the following 24 hours.
