I’m trying to figure out why I’m off balance. Dr. Suh is very thorough! I had a battery of fun tests and the staff is incredible…and because these inner ear issues take time to sort out, Dr. Suh is patient and deliberate. Five stars!
I was very pleased with Dr. Suh and his staff. My nasal problem was quickly and easily diagnosed and cured. I was not happy, however., with Dr. Suh’s financial person who refused to process my secondary insurance and told me to pay up and deal with it myself. I have never had a doctor’s office do this. I am not so sure that I will use this doctor again.
I met with Dr. Gerald Suh and Manuela Castro, NP for an initial visit and a followup. They were highly professional and caring. They listened, did the necessary testing and were able to determine the cause of my concerns. After, they provided feedback and a plan of care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Suh.
I must have made 4 trips to this office since the initial consultation. All to fix two watchpat one devices that never ended up working. 3/4 instances where I phone the office for guidance I am left with leaving a voicemail that is never returned. Dr. Suh is great and super knowledgeable but I cannot say the same for the rest of the office. The staff did not give me the benefit of the doubt when I reiterated that the Device Customer Support rep both times said that these devices were malfunctioning. Dr. Suh is knowledgeable and friendly. He helped resolve my issue. The front staff is also welcoming and efficient. I’ve also never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. No complaints.
