Last April-9 I had my therapy & had pain in my left ear so my friend called ENT Princeton Clinic to have an urgent appointment instead on the scheduled date & we were able to have rushed appointment. Tha lady on the front desk was very nice & was able to squeezed us in .. Everybody is so nice & always w/ a smile & good mood …. The Doctor is very nice too & always smiling & explains well the case …. It’s always a good experience everytime I’m there :)
This was my first visit and I was really happy with my experience. I had an ear infection and even though I wasn’t an existing patient, they fit me in the next morning, for which I was really grateful. Dr. Suh was great: kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. The staff is wonderful too - so friendly and pleasant. The office itself is very attractive, neat, and clean. I highly recommend this practice.
Had the best experience at this location. The staff are so friendly and professional. Checking in is so easy and smooth. Dr Suh greeted me with gentle smile and he did a great job checking my ears and had my issues resolved on the spot. I highly recommended Dr Suh and this location.
Called and left msg re: a hearing aid problem at 9:30a. Got a call back at 11a and was in the office at 1pm.. Even provided a loaner set of hearing aids until I get my new ones. Excellent service and coverage.
Dr. Suh was so great. A real gentleman. He took care of me right on the spot and didn’t make me come back later to get the care I needed. The ladies in his office were very nice too.
