Beautiful office and pleasant reception staff. Had my annual visit with Dr. Gerald Suh, a highly professional ENT doctor. I had my ear canal cleaned by a new, young doctor (Caruso I think) and then had a hearing test with the audiologist. All very pleasant and skilled medical professionals.
Super professional and efficient. Front desk staff was kind and friendly, and Dr.Suh himself was super patient, calm, and knowledgeable. I feel very cared for as a patient and if my sinus issues persist, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Saw Julie one of 2 Audiologist. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She did a great job of fixing and setting the sound levels on my hearing aids. She also took the time to explain the different functions and possibilities available to me. I highly recommend her.
I was referred to this office by a friend and I just loved this office and all the staff! The doctor was very patient and thorough and carefully examined my problem and addressed it. The front desk lady nurse (Liz) was super helpful and friendly and made me feel right at home. The initial nurse (or maybe a junior doctor?) who did the initial consultation (Manuela) was also very professional and comprehensive. I give them 5 stars!
I am a new patient. I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The staff at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. Dr. Suh was thorough in his assessment of my sinus issue. He was caring and very patient. I’ve been to quite a few ENT Doctors throughout the years and I can confidently say he’s the best. Manuela, the NP was also amazing.
