Had an 8:00 AM appointment and was told to check in at 7:45, but the doctor and staff weren't even there yet, so I had to wait while everything got set up. ​Dr. Gendelman is super informative, but I did feel a bit dismissed. He told me my pain was probably just "soreness" from not using my arm, like when you haven't worked out in a while. I'm a single mom of 4 girls, I'm moving 24/7. I am very happy with my experience at Dr. Gendelman’s orthopedic clinic. I have problems with both of my knees (one worse than the other), and I started doing some procedures about a year ago. It has been helpful so far despite the severe condition in one of the knees which will need a knee replacement surgery later on. Doctor Gendelman tries to preserve my knees as long as possible before the surgery becomes inevitable. He is not rushing into surgery but tries other approaches first, using new, modern technologies. I am extremely grateful to have chosen Dr. Gendelman’s Orthopedic practice to get myself fixed up. I got news of a Tibial Plateau Fracture on 7/12 after an ER visit (first photo). Called my primary doctor and he referred me to Dr. Gendelman for being a leading surgeon in the field. After a couple phones calls, I was scheduled for surgery on 7/20. Dr. Gendelman and his staff are warm, sharp, and professional, absolute standouts in orthopedic medicine and a breath of fresh air in the sometimes impersonal modern medical field. Abiel, the office manager, was the best point of contact I had throughout my treatment at various clinics for my injuries. Thank you very much for your help. You have been more than helpful and caring. Everyone in the office is very nice, friendly, professional and knows how to get things done. Vlad Gendelman is an amazing surgeon, it's only been a month after the surgery and I can walk on my own. I have had the best experience and would recommend people to you. It's my blessing that I met such doctor at this moment in my life when I needed help. I appreciate and very thankful that you put me back on my feet.
