From the front desk staff, , the phlebotomist, the doctor and everyone in between. I was greeted and treated with respect and professionalism. I have the worse anxiety when it comes to needles etc.. I can not thank the staff and entire team enough. I definitely walked out and told several people about my experience. And a few people already knew of Dr. Ho and his reputation and agreed, a great doctor and team. Thank you again.
It's a wonderful office, from Dr. Shaye to Dan to Melody and others whom I do not know as well. Melody is a saint. She puts up with me! They are always gracious. It's a comfortable place to be, if needed.
Dr Ho is excellent at evaluating all my blood work and explaining everything I need to know.
Dr. Shaye is a very positive, realistic Doctor who listens to my concerns & answers all questions. He also has a sense of humor, which helps. The whole office is very nice. Doesn't even hurt when they take blood.
