Money Driven Money Hungry I had a breast augmentation in June 2021. During the initial consult I waited for him for an entire hour+ and in that time one of the surgical nurses started the consult. I told her the cup size I wanted to have, I tried on the bras with the silicone pads. Took the pictures and saw the enhancements. BBL & Lipo - I am approaching 2 months post op Dr. Tehrani & his staff made me feel very safe and comfortable. I got a BBL & Lipo. I am very happy with the lipo, it looks great and I have never been this thin. As for my hips & butt , one hip is still uneven and my butt is very small. Heart stopped 3 times, left in coma and unable to get my medical records up to this date. Everything was beautiful until my heart stopped during an abdominoplasty(tummy tuck) and Lipo of the arm. Worst Experience I have never been so upset with the amount I spent here to get my body absolutely ruined. To this day everything Dr. Tehrani messed up my body and I literally wasted over $25,000 for a bbl. Do not go here. They will overcharge and give you false reassurance. Botched & Discharged by Kevin Tehrani I recently had a surgery with Dr. Tehrani, I had a internal gluteal lift that went horribly wrong. Within 48 hours post surgery I began to feel excruciating pains in my buttocks and I told Dr. Tehrani and his staff that it felt as if a stitch came out.
