Great BBL Experience I received a Brazilian butt lift from Dr.Tehrani. I am currently 1 month post op and am very happy with my results thus far. I dont feel that my results look too exaggerated. I have received many compliments. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone is super sweet and attentive. Overall Very Happy, But Fix Some Things Overall my experience was good, however there were a few bumps in the road which is why I have to give 3 stars. Background info: I had my surgery done in 2019 with 550cc silicone implants. I was 22 years old, 5'5", 120 lbs. Let's start with the good things. I've never had lip filler (wasn't worth the cost IMO bc 2 syringes of filler, which is around equivalent to the 5mm permalip i chose, is like half the price of the permalip). Only 4 Days Post-Op and on Cloud 9! My daughter came to Dr. Tehrani first for a procedure and once I saw her results I immediately knew I wanted to come to him for a Mommy Makeover at my age of 58. Tummy Tuck/Lipo - Fluid Issues I'm almost 10 wks post surgery and have had issues with fluid. I have had 3 seromas One was aspirated in office and it was fine The second was drained with a post op drain put in and it was also fine. The last/biggest one is still there. It's along my incision line. I had a drain put into it and it drained well and then I accidentally pulled the drain out. And now I feel all the fluid built up again. Love Dr. Tehrani. No Regrets. I love Dr. Tehrani. He gave me exactly what I asked for with my boob lift. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I ended up smaller than I thought I would. It is not his fault, I don't believe. I am 4 months post-op and have a way to go with the scarring, but I think I will get there. I had some healing problems with the dissolveable sutures that my body rejected, and I still have some tiny bumps that I think will be gone when the sutures are fully dissolved.
