43 Year Old Saggy Little Breasts I've considered breast implants for many years but never had the guts to do it. I finally decided to take the leap. GREAT EXPERIENCE I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Tehrani and his whole staff. I've had a few procedures done at his office and have been happy with all of them. Dr T is a very talented surgeon and has has a wonderful and friendly disposition. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Expert Injectors make you look natural and young, not fake! Natural!! That's what Dr. Tehrani cares about. The goal is to make you look younger and they always achieve it. I always feel like I'm in a country club when I visit Aristocrat. This time injectables. No one ever knows that I have Botox and fillers. They just tell me how young I look. It's the best. Thanks Dr. Tehrani and Aristocrat.

Great experience Doctor's bedside manner 5 stars! Staff 5 stars! Results amazing!!! Went to see DR. Tehrani for various things, injections, light surgical procedures etc. Always greeted with a smile and NOT a fake one. I always felt like everyone knew exactly what I needed. Very organized and a great quality practice!

Great eye for aesthetics Great experience with Dr. Tehrani. He has a great aesthetic eye and gives you an honest consultation and recommendation for what is best for you. They don't do Groupons or huge discounts here for a reason....they are great and don't need to!

Highly recommend! I had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind, professional and welcoming! The office was also immaculate which helps was nice too. I had a consultation with Dr Tehrani and PA Amanda, they were both very helpful and informative about what I was looking to get done. I highly recommend this practice!!

Simply the best plastic surgeon and medical spa on earth! I've been a patient of Dr. Tehrani and Aristocrat Plastic Surgery for over 10 years and I can honestly say that there is no better doctor, staff or total experience. Go to office despite living in Jersey I found Dr. Tehrani to be very personable and he made me feel at ease before my first treatment with novathreads, it has been 4 months now and the treatment keeps looking better! The entire staff is welcoming, chic and professional. It's always a pleasant experiance being at the office:)
