Loved this place. Professional and courteous service. Jeff and his staff really take their time with you.
3 of my injectors left this company. The girl who i got this time had botox in the dispenser before I got in the room. The botox was bad or watered down. Within 2 months it was gone out of my forehead and my crows feet were back. And to top it off, my one eyebrow was spocked! Ever since they opened their "new" location it was gone downhill.

My eyebrows were left crooked from the Xeomin injections. I simply wanted to come in to have them fixed. It is very simple to inject the eyebrow to lift it and make them even. I was told to wait two weeks. As a nurse practitioner, I know that I do not have to wait two weeks. This is a simple fix that can be done sooner and it is not one-size-fits-all. Jeff refused to have me back to even look at my treatment outcome. That is very unprofessional.

Hello Corinne, As you know, being in the aesthetic field yourself, neurotoxins take up to 2 weeks to take effect and settle. Requesting further treatment immediately after service can have negative effects. We take pride in the product we produce and would never add more neurotoxins 24 hours after treatment. Very difficult - I have had services and very happy with outcomes! I had a consult with Jenn Demer's PA-C she was fabulous! I love her honesty and was very happy - she made another suggestion for an esthetician appointment - we went to front desk - worked it out or so I thought... it is the week of my 24th wedding Anniversary and my 40 yr reunion which I am traveling for.
