I saw Dr Cecilio today and I am deeply grateful for her warm and caring personality as well as her highly competent medical skills. She immediately resolved my ear wax issue in my left ear. The staff is extremely caring and responsive also!! I was vlucky to get in due to a cancellation.
Dr. Cecilio was great. Great personality. She made me feel like she definitely identified the mystery problem, and gave me a test to confirm. She was very concerned how much it was costing me which I really appreciated.
There's no one better than Dr. Cohen. I've seen him for years and I had a sinuplasty procedure and just had clarifix and can't recommend anyone else more than him for any sinus related issues of any kind. Can't say enough great things about this office and Dr. Matt D. Hershcovitch, in particular. Concise, informative, and gentle approach to my lifelong sinus issues. Dr. Alan Cohen is an outstanding doctor with an incredible bedside manner. He will take the time to listen and brainstorm with you should your problem appear complex, as it was in my case. I called in today because my daughter was having horrible ear pain, and I have to say Nicole was amazing!!! She got her an appointment right away! And then sarah has to be the sweetest person I have ever meet!!! She took her back and made her so comfortable and when we were leaving she was offering water or candy!!! I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my allergist. I have had sinus infections and problems with allergies for the past 15 years. Since shots and rinses were not cutting it, Dr. Cohen did a CT scan of my sinuses. He recommended the balloon sinuplasty, and I'm thrilled with the results.
