I went to Dr. Hershcovitch for a second opinion, one which my regular ENT doctor misdiagnose, and Dr. Hershcovitch took one look at my ear and was able to see the problem and assure me that I would feel better within a few weeks. I was overjoyed with his professionalism and of course his correct diagnose. I am changing my families ENT to Dr. Hershcovitch. He is AMAZING.

I am beyond frustrated I am a mom of 3 my husband took off part of work today and I got a sitter for the rest of the day and I go in for appointment that I have been waiting 2 weeks for and the lady said I am so sorry your app is next week. I said no it is not I have it in my calendar today. She said oh it looks like something happened and they changed it. NO ONE called me to tell me this they just changed it on their own as if I'm supposed to magically know it was changed!!!!!! This is so unprofessional and rude. Time is t... read more

I saw Dr. Armin 3 years ago for a balloon sinoplasty, that didn't work. I went back again 3 years later for a sinus issue. And he did something with my ear that was completely unrelated, took something out of my ear that was super easy, billed my insurance $400 and didn't tell me that it was billable work or that it was a procedure. And they called me for $80 after my $40 copay. This is the 2nd time he did work on me without telling me and charged my insurance. Be careful here. The staff is an absolute joke. Rude and horrible when it comes to money. These people only care about money and that's it. The doctors are good and the staff managed by "michele" the so called office manager is nothing short of a classless loud mouth who is extremely rude to patients. Total harassment of patients. This complaint really is about the staff there and I will be reaching out to their corporate for them to answer on Thur employees and manager. Stay away from these blood sucking leeches. I requested for an installment payment of $50 on my $450 bill & they refused. They keep passing the phone line from one person to another & when Michelle from billing came on the phone she was rude & inconsiderate. Make sure you have money to cough up upfront before you go!!
