I had my balloon sinuplasty with a turbinate reduction with Dr. Cohen. The procedure itself was a breeze and super quick. I definitely recommend! Dr. Alen Cohen cares for his patients and is very experienced, 10/10 experience.
Professional, attentive and caring physician, NOT at all after money like some say in their reviews. Though my concerns weren't sinus concerns 100%, Dr. Cohen seems very understanding & knowledgeable of all things concerning sinus and will be my go to ENT for as long as he's in practice. Really deserving of the Top Doctors of 2025 accolade.

One of the best experiences with a doc and I unfortunately have quite a few. Only quirk is that I always get a bill even after my insurance has covered it, and I have good insurance

After getting a sleep study and a few visits with another ENT, I decided I needed a second opinion. I made an appointment with Dr. Cohen. The difference was night and day. Dr. Cohen was thorough, took his time and very professional. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, as a patient, I want my specialist to be decisive. So far so good! I had my first appointment with Dr. Cohen a couple weeks ago and I had a great experience. Dr. Cohen is very confident, knowledgeable, informative and very patient (I had a lot of questions. lol ) He went over several options with me and did not try to sell me on the most expensive one. I am feeling very good about moving forward with him for my surgery. :)

Amazing doctor and surgeon! Sinus procedure allowed me to breathe well for the first time in my life!!! I wish I did this years ago. No more headaches! I didn't even know it was possible to breathe this well. Staff is friendly and very helpful! Highly recommended 10/10.

I don't snore any more! And my blood pressure went down. This was the absolute best thing I could've done for myself physically. Dr. Armin handled everything for me he set up a Sleep Study. He was the surgeon postop everything. It was an amazing experience. I'm so thankful.
I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for three years. He started with examining my sinuses and found obstructions. He also saw that my vocal cords were atrophying, and referred me to a speech pathologist. Dr.Cohen, saved me from a hard life with these nasal polyps. He Performed sinus surgery on me last Monday. I waited to long to have my nasal polyps removed. I saw him over a year ago and didn't go thru with his recommendations he gave me. I finally has no choice to go thru with it. I went thru with it at the local surgery center.
