Dr. Cohen is the best! He did a complicated surgery (deviated septum, turbinate reduction, sinus grafts and more) and did a wonderful job! The office staff is polite and professional and the office is very well run! I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Cohen! I can breathe! I highly recommend him for your sinus needs!
It is not often that you find a Dr. these days who truly cares about his patients and their well being, and Dr. Cohen is one of these rare individuals. After discovering a large mass/growth on the left side of my thyroid I was referred to Dr. Cohen, a blessing!!! He got me scheduled for surgery in less than 2 weeks. Once in the OR he found that the mass had actually grown down into my chest past the clavicle. Everything was removed. Here's the good news: Everything is benign I went home that evening. Very knowledgeable of sinus issues and knows when to refer to other specialists. I would recommend Dr. Cohen or Dr. Herschcovitch for their expertise. I had sinus surgery done by Dr. Cohen and have not had to have another one since (especially when I follow their directions).
I had two surgeries performed by Dr. Cohen. My first surgery was a Tonsillectomy in May 2013 and my 2nd surgery was a Septoplasty (Deviated Septum) in July 2015. Many people struggle through the daily struggles of their sinus pain or pressure. I was in immense pain everyday with horrible headaches and horrible breathing from either of my nostrils. I owe a lot of gratitude to Dr Cohen and his staff. Back in February i visited Dr Cohen for a second opinion. I had been suffering with sinus issues for quite some time. The original ENT my primary care physician recommended told me i had to have surgery. As a working mother of two young kids, that just wasn't an option. I am so thankful to find such a kind, caring and knowledgeable surgeon. I had a parathyroid tumor and was having difficulty with my insurance and my surgery. Dr Cohen called me personally to apologize for what I had been through(even though it wasn't his fault) and told me he would help in any way he could.
