I had a septoplasty to try & correct a deviated septum a little less than 3 years ago, after having had one about 20 yrs ago. I had heard docs can do so much more now than 20 years ago, and Dr. Cohen was not afraid to go as deeply into the nasal cavity as he needed to. I've been seeing Dr. Cohen for years and trust his skills and judgement. He recommended two in-office procedures to improve my breathing -- Balloon Sinuplasty and Turbinate Reduction. He performed the procedures a couple of weeks ago and I am astonished to say it has been LIFE CHANGING. I can breathe -- really breathe. I want to start by saying that I was very nervous prior to my surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and a better result. Dr. Cohen explained everything prior to the procedure, did a great job at the surgery, and was there for me all along until I completely healed. This "breathing through your nose" thing is awesome! If someone had turned me on to it, I'd have started doing it years ago! Thanks to Dr. Cohen and his capable staff, now I can do just that on a regular basis! As I write this, it's been 2 weeks since my turbinate coblation and nasal ballooning procedure, but I'm already sleeping better, have a lot more energy, I'm not getting as many headaches, and my allergy symptoms have reduced a lot. I'm really looking forward to seeing the long term positive effects of this.

Dr. Cohen is an excellent surgeon with a very professional and friendly disposition. I was experiencing sinus headaches every single day; they were interfering with my ability to conduct normal, daily activities. After the surgery, my headaches are about 90% reduced in frequency! Thank you Dr. Cohen!

Dr. Cohen very professional doctor. Very nice explains your condition in Laymans terms. Went there for severe deviated nasal septum and terminate irritation. Explained that I needed surgery. I will be going to surgery on the 13th. He was training an intern both Dr. And in turn very nice. His staff are very nice people and professional. I have good feelings about this Dr.I suffered with this condition all of my life. I feel that he can turn this around.

My GP had to give me a referral to an ENT for a biopsy. He said "I know of an excellent one here in the SF Valley", I was very pleasantly surprised to find that he was the same ENT that had operated on my son just a few weeks prior. My experience with Dr. Cohen has been very pleasant, in both situations I was very nervous. He very patiently answered all of my questions and put me at ease. My son's surgery and my biopsy were successful. I would definitely recommend him and go to him again if needed.
