They have no respect for appointments. We waited over an hour hour to be seen , to top it off they were blasting radio music in their tiny waiting area over crowded with sick patients coughing without a mask You would think that a ENT clinic would take better precautions
This doctor is running a slick operation with a one size fits all in-office surgery that he describes as "like a dentist visit" (it's so much worse) and presented as covered by your insurance (it won't be). You are awake and drugged up for the procedure where he cracks open your airways in your nose and liposuctions with stabbing motions in your face. It is painful. The recovery is awful and completely understated. And then if that's not already jarring enough, you get surprise bills for close to $1000 that was never on your... read more
Dr. Cohen himself is very nice, knowledgable, and seems caring. That being said, his office staff does a terrible job managing his schedule. Waited over an HOUR just to get called back to a waiting room, then it was another half hour after that before being seen by Dr. Cohen. Judging by others in the waiting room, that seemed to be the norm. Much as I liked him, I will select a different doctor next time I need to see an ENT because that was just ridiculous.
Still a great doctor except for when you have an emergency. You can't get in to either office and they do not offer any solution - this is more a comment on the office staff as being in pain and told they have nothing and do not offer to advise further is just really bad from a doctors office.
They did not make an effort to reach out to me via phone as they have stated, I do not have a full Voicemail/have never had a full voicemail. I did receive a private message which they blamed no one getting back on a new employee, even though this happened a year ago. Lastly, I was diagnosed with cancer with another doctor. I don't fault this Dr 100% as the imaging center he sent me to also dropped the ball. However, in my opinion this office was not thorough, and I fell through the cracks as a result. In the end it was a... read more
Today I canceled my first appointment with them because I am very sick and have 102 fever. I never met this doctor so first thing they say is " you know you have to pay a cancellation fee it's our policy otherwise I won't be able to reschedule you" Well you know what my personal policy is, who do you guys think you are, I can easily find another doctor and take my business there. My health matters for me same way your time matters for you. Do you guys pay your customers back when they seat there and wait more than 30 minutes... read more
Very disappointed. A short amount of consultation then leaving me wait a long time while he saw another patient, while I numbed (takes about five-ten minutes; before a quick look by scope), behooves him but not me. My time's not important. Also, the prices are very high. I still don't approve of the exorbitant charges even though Medicare was billed. They still billed me, to get more. Shame on practices like this. Taking advantage of one's insurance and the patient to get the most money. These kind of providers piss me... read more
Dr. Cohen's office is not a Doctors office it's a financial institution. They're in the money making business. Number one priority is to figure out a way on how to bill an insurance company for a simple follow-up visit to make money. My wife went in for a procedure that I paid in full, she also went to two visits. One before the procedure and one after the procedure both paid in person for the copay. Any normal person would think that they did their part on paying what was owed. Right? WRONG!!! Dr. Cohen's office has a t... read more
This place is a complete wack job of a joke. Their billing department runs a circus. If you go for one simple visit, expect to get incorrect billing statements mailed to you in the future. I went in for a visit where I paid my co pay in full and they sent me 325$ worth of charges. Days of going back and forth with the billing department, Daniella from the billing department finally advised me that the billing manager, Michelle, sent out an incorrect statement. She had to adjust my billing statement after the insurance billed... read more
