I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my family doctor. I was told he was really good and was highly recommended so I went in to see him. First off he's pleasant. He is really easy to talk to and friendly. He is also quite knowledgable and answered all my questions. Office is clean and very well run. His staff is helpful too. Overall great and I highly recommend him.

I had trouble breathing through my nose my entire life until I was referred to Dr. Cohen, who performed surgery on the polyps and corrected my deviated septum. The procedure was an out patient surgery. The staff was professional and personable. He explained the differences between the way he does his procedures and why recovery time is quicker with Dr. Cohen! I was very happy with his service! After years of suffering from sinus headaches and stuffed up noses I finally found someone to give me relief. Dr Cohen immediately recognized several problems with my nose that no one has ever discovered. He recommended the in office Balloon and it was perfect. Never had a need for any drugs for pain after his surgery. No infections. My calcium levels afterwards were normal. He was well versed on thyroid tumours and was aggressive about removing mine and was willing to schedule both operations in as soon as possible as my tumour had been there for 8-10 years previously unknown to me. After 2 months of worrying, runaround and guesswork by various doctors, I visited Dr. Cohen to solve progressively worsening voice loss. Within 20 minutes, he diagnosed me with a vocal cord polyp, showed it to me on video, and scheduled its removal via outpatient surgery. It seems extraordinary to come across a friendly and professional medical office staff these days that I had to look around the office to make sure I was actually in a doctor's office! After I met with Dr. Cohen, I was inspired to write a review (my first). Again top notch professionalism and friendliness. Dr Cohen and his staff are great, not only Did Dr Cohen help me , his surgery nurse was very helpful with all the details regarding my surgery and when I still had more questions I was able to talk with the office manager who was very professional, knowledgable and reassuring , made me feel like the office genuinely cared about my well being. Everything turned out amazing and was taken care of exactly as I was told. It's rare nowadays to find such a office where the whole staff is engaged in the patients.

I went to Dr. Cohen regarding frequent nosebleeds that I have had for 15 years since teenager. As a professional in the healthcare field, I paid attention to every step of the process, since I interact with this every day of work. First, the office staff that answered the phone were very knowledgeable, polite and informed. The staff here is really friendly. I went in because I had a penitonsillar abscess. Everything I read and was told by the other doctors who pointed me here indicated I would need something surgical done, from my tonsils needing a minor incision to complete removal. I liked Dr. Cohen because he recognized that the abscess was actually going away on its own, prescribed me a special mouthwash, and decided to hold off on the operation, which I didn't ultimately end up needing.
