I made an appointment with Dr. Cohen's office. During the one hour that I sat in the waiting room, one man complained angrily about his hourlong wait and a woman said that they had entirely forgotten she was there on her previous visit. No one apologized to any of us for the wait or was able to give a time estimate or explanation for the problem. I understand your frustration because of the long wait time in our office on that particular day of 45 minutes. I had 2 emergencies that arose only an hour before you arrived, otherwise we would have contacted you and rescheduled or alerted you of the delay. Probably the worst doctors office I have ever been to actually I take that back probably one of the worst professional business establishments. Let me break this down as I am not exaggerating this review Dr. Cohen seems to be a knowledgeable ENT doctor and good person but the problem is this office and staff. When I went there the girls up front were just a mess disorganized and could not deal with the angry patients waiting cause they probably had people come in at the same time. I needed to see a ENT for my deviated septum. I called ahead time and check if they took my insurance. When I get there they have me sign a form that they took my insurance but out network. Wish I would known this before I came in to avoid issues. Very loud and unprofessional inside the office. Office staff was running around and looked like chickens without heads as they say. I'm sorry Karen about your experience. My staff and I strive to make sure that patients rarely wait over 30 minutes to see me. However sometimes I'm called to emergencies at the hospital and as such am a bit delayed for the office. Usually these are life-threatening issues and not very common.
